Our founding partners Bruce Moore and Linda Nugent had lengthy careers in banking prior to launching in executive recruitment. They draw on this experience in their recruitment assignments. Our Scope
Peloton Search Partners is based in Toronto, Canada but our reach goes further. While the majority of our assignments are in Canada, we also recruit Canadians seeking to return home or pursuing international opportunities.

We are dedicated recruiters with over 40 years’ experience between us. Peloton is managed by Linda and Bruce, with support from dedicated research associates.
Meet Linda Nugent,
Managing Partner
Linda Nugent is a highly respected executive search professional with 30 years experience within the Canadian business community, combining her prior career in banking with executive search over the last 20+ years.
Linda’s area of focus is building high performance teams for alternative investment platforms. She has worked with investment platforms focused on private equity (large cap to small cap), infrastructure (GP’s and pension funds), private credit, healthcare royalties, hedge funds, venture and growth equity, family offices and corporate development.
Linda has built high calibre teams, as well as individual placements from partners to associates with a strong retention and growth track record.
With a background in merchant banking and structured finance, Linda has in-depth understanding of the alternative investment sector, including the key trends, specific technical requirements and the characteristics are required to be successful. Her practice continues to thrive as she comfortably pivots with the evolution of the alternative investment platforms and sectors.
As an effective career coach, she has developed and maintained long term relationships with candidates who have become her clients. Linda is a firm believer in trust, partnership and integrity, developing solutions to address the hiring and retention challenges of her clients.
Outside of work, Linda is a keen artist, the proud mother of three successful young adults, and enjoys global travel adventures, yoga and hiking.
She graduated with a BCom from McMaster University and is an active participant in various industry related events with the CVCA and ACG.
Meet Bruce Moore,
Managing Partner
After a 20-year career in corporate and investment banking, Bruce entered executive search in 2013. His banking career was focused on providing strategic advice to clients across Canada, Europe and Asia. He brings an international perspective to his work, having lived in Singapore, London (UK) and Toronto (Canada).
Bruce has a commercial focus to his executive recruitment practice, with relevant, real-world experience. He is focused on asset management, capital markets/investment banking, corporate development, private equity, portco leadership and all aspects of finance teams (CFO’s to controllers).
He has led searches in Canada, US, UK and Switzerland.
Bruce’s other activities have included volunteering with The Good Shepperd (homeless shelter), Covenant House and as a board member of the Shaw Festival. He is a keen runner, having completed several half-marathons in Canada and the UK. He continues to support the world’s greatest football club, Arsenal, which has taught him to be patient in recent times.
Bruce has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He’s fluent in both English and French.
